Alicia is the company’s Surplus Lines Manager. She is responsible for the oversight and management of the company’s surplus lines department, including filings, regulatory compliance, and audits. She is responsible for filling in all fifty states for various individuals and agencies within the company. She has more than 15 years of experience in compliance, surplus lines, and systems development combined with experience as an account manager/customer service representative.

Alicia most recently worked for Citadel Insurance Services and Milward Insurance Agency as an Account Manager. She previously worked with Veracity where she managed a staff of six people where she managed state surplus lines reporting for approximately 90 brokers nationwide. While there, she was actively involved with the systems development of its InsCipher portal which state agencies commonly use as a premier surplus line. Alicia currently lives in Utah with her four kids. Her hobbies include gaming, baking, and gardening.
